All of our vehicles comply with latest and forthcoming emission requirement allowing us to deliver anywhere in London and beyond.
We are here to help, in fact many of our customers contact us by phone for further assistance so ask us; we want your project to be a success.
We have achieved FORS accreditation allowing us to deliver to the increasing number of sites that now require this high standard.
SKYLINE SHEETING & CLADDING
IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
Sheeting and Cladding Products by their very nature can be heavy, long and bulky and often made specifically for you our customer. If you are using a contractor to carry out your work they will understand the requirements if not please ensure you make yourself aware of the details and requirements shown here.
YOUR ORDER
When we get your order we will confirm all the details back to you in writing. We will not be liable for any errors on the confirmation. So you must check everything.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
We need a full delivery address with Post code and further details as to exactly how the site can be found, especially in rural areas. We need a contact name and their mobile number.
DELIVERY VEHICLES
We will have already discussed with you any access issues. We must be made aware of any changes re access since our confirmation of your order. If access not as advised additional delivery costs will be incurred. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate mechanical off loading or labour, as drivers will not be able to unload on their own.
DELIVERY TIME
We will give you at least 48 hours notice of any delivery. If given by message you must confirm acceptance but if we do not receive your acceptance the delivery will be postponed.
CHECKING YOUR DELIVERY
You must check condition and quantity. Any damage or shortage must be marked on delivery ticket retained by the driver. “not checked “ or “un checked” invalidates any claim. Note that some products are supplied with additional protective carrier sheets. These are sometimes mistaken for damaged materials. We have to advise that errors are extremely rare hopefully because we take great care to ensure you get exactly what you need on time and to the right place on the right vehicle.
